3 Quick Responses to Change

There are basically 3 responses to change.  Which one do you normally adopt?

#1)  FIGHT

We resist change, we fight it, we stand against it.  We’ll do anything we can to keep it from coming.  We do not want it!


When change comes, we run!  We don’t want to embrace it, we don’t want to endure it, we don’t want to work through it.  We just want to run.

#3)  FLOW

We understand the need for change and we accept it, we adapt to it and we sometimes initiate it.
