Brendon Burchard shares this idea:
Burchard tells us that SMART Goals limit us. There are times that we need to create DUMB Goals. Take a risk!
Think outside the box about something you’ve thought of, and dreamed of, but never took the risk to accomplish. What “gets you going”? The “how” will come later.
This goal is inspiring. Goals become more inspiring when you connect it to something that means a lot to you.
Build a “method” or a “practice” around the goal that makes it easier to accomplish. This allows you to live within the goal over time, consistently.
Create habits and lifestyle around this goal. You have triggers in your life so that it becomes a part of your everyday life.
