What happens if you make the decision? Who’s affected? How will it help or hurt? Who will it help or hurt?
#5) WEIGH THE RISK
Can you put off or avoid the decision? Does it need to be made now? What action do you have to take now?
#6) GET BUY-IN
Invite others to join you in the decision. Again, get their opinion and ideas, but invite them into the decision. Broaden your base.
#7) MAKE THE DECISION
Pull the trigger, and make the decision. Don’t procrastinate or avoid it.
