4 Needs of Global Leaders


    Every leader needs to be trained. Training that helps leaders increase their understanding, abilities, and purpose is essential.


    Access to resources in their own language and cultural context is a need. Resources that are affordable and available are vital. Resources that are current and that are applicable
    cross-culturally are critical.


    Training and resources are both important, but leaders also need people who will walk with them on the journey. People who provide coaching, mentoring and support are vital to making this training and these resources work.


    Everybody wants to belong to something bigger! In the midst of the program, the kids and families, and the noise, leaders are lonely people. Leaders around the world want to know that they are a part of something bigger than they are.
