#1) Never miss an opportunity to say, “I’m proud of you,” or “Wow, I’m amazed by you.”
#2) Realize that it’s lonely at the top.
#3) Never miss a chance to say “thank you”.
#4) Respond (answer and communicate to messages/emails)
#5) Show Up
#6) See the people nobody else sees
#7) Praise everything worth praising.
#8) Tease them into doing more and better: just slide them into a place for success
