Saying “NO” is sometimes the best answer to a request.
When setting our priorities or planning a schedule, saying “NO” is a great time saver.
Avoid any commitments that might not be based on core values and strategic priorities.
Even if they are enticing, requests often appeal to our desire for approval or significance or involvement. Saying “NO” also preserves lean resources and keeps our mission on track.
Saying “NO” to the good may allow us to say “YES” to the best!
Choose your priorities and commitments carefully.
