Russ writing in 2014

Russ 2014Greetings and Happy New Year!

I trust 2014 will be an incredible year in your life, in your organization and in your personal leadership.

I wanted to remind you of the goal of these Leadon pages:

We’ve created these pages to provide for you some practical leadership tips.  Our goal is to help you to be a better leader in whatever role you find yourself in.  Some of you are leading organizations, some of you are simply trying to be better followers.  Some of you are focusing on your primary relationships and your family and some of you are trying to figure out where you’re going and what you want to do.

We’ve created these pages for each of you!  We don’t claim to have all the answers, but we want to be on the journey with you in any way we can.

The tip sheets and blog posts are a collection of information from other writers, other leaders and our own personal experience.

We invite people to submit articles, posts and tip sheets and we will happily post it and share it with our readers!

We’ve grown in viewers steadily over the past 2 years and we’ve grow our content base.  Please take some time to look around, to share what you find with others, and to contribute!

In 2014 we’re excited to begin offering some online courses and we’ll be presenting our blog posts in a new format soon.

Thanks for following us and being a part of serving leaders around the globe.

Visit our LeadOn Pages.  There’s something for you!

I hope that this is a great year for you and that you’re able to accomplish all that you’ve been called to do, challenged to do, and given to do.

And while you’re focused on “doing”, don’t forget to work at all that you want to “BE”.

Lead On!

Happy New Year
